Air Rescue UK is delighted to announce a new partnership with Colne FC, sponsoring first-team player Josh Talks for the 2026/27 season.
Based in Lancashire, Colne FC competes in the North West Counties Football League First Division North and is entering its 30th anniversary season. The club continues to develop both on and off the pitch, with a strong focus on building its place within the local community and the wider non-league football landscape.
For Air Rescue UK, the partnership represents an opportunity to support Josh throughout the season while strengthening the company’s involvement with non-league football.
Josh has already made his mark during the 2026/27 campaign, scoring his first goal for the club in Colne’s 3–0 away victory over Garstang in the Edward Case Cup.
Air Rescue UK operates internationally across Search and Rescue, aviation support, specialist training and simulation. From our headquarters at Sentinel House, the company supports aviation and emergency response operations across a range of challenging environments, while also investing in the people and relationships that underpin our work.
Trevor Abraham, Managing Director of Air Rescue UK, said:
“We are really pleased to be supporting Josh and Colne FC for the 2026/27 season.
“Non-league football is built around commitment, teamwork and a huge amount of hard work behind the scenes. Those qualities resonate strongly with us at Air Rescue UK, where our people operate as part of highly skilled teams in demanding environments.
“Player sponsorship gives us an opportunity to support an individual directly while also playing a small part in supporting the wider non-league game. We wish Josh and everyone at Colne FC every success for the season ahead.”
The partnership will see Air Rescue UK support Josh throughout the 2026/27 season as he represents Colne FC in the North West Counties Football League First Division North.
We look forward to following Josh’s progress throughout the campaign and wish him, his teammates and everyone at Colne FC all the best for the season ahead.
Good luck, Josh!
